Learn about our Service & Warranty stages
If you are nearing the end of your home build, you may be wondering what comes next?
One week after the home has been handed over, our Service and Warranty team will complete a ‘welcome to the post build phase’ call. The purpose of this call is to introduce you to your new point of contact for any questions moving forward. We’ll also discuss with you if there was any outstanding handover items that have not yet been addressed and explain what is expected during the ‘Service’ stage you are in.
The call is followed up with an information pack (sent by email) that details everything you’ll need for the service stage. The Service and Warranty team will continue to liaise with you on a regular basis until you are satisfied with the repairs and are ready to enter the ‘Warranty’ phase.
At this stage another email is issued addressing actions for you to take if you have any questions or concerns in future. This aspect of the build journey is one we are proud to have recently revised and demonstrates the continual support we provide to customers through valuable interactions, long after the keys to their dream home are handed over.
