Take a look!
Bubbly couple Sam and Rose searched for their dream home on Saturday’s episode of Buy to Build. The first house the couple were shown was our exceptional Baltimore 38 on display at Arise Rochedale. The couple were visibly in awe as they entered the first lounge room at the front of the home and discovered the luxe colour palette of noir, gold and walnut.

The pair were then shown the elegant master bedroom that has real WOW factor. Rose was noticeably overwhelmed with amazement. “I can see myself never using any other domain in the house – this is all I need” she said. Another favourite feature for Rose was the deep freestanding bath. The fun continued when she found the powder station in the walk-in robe, as well as the generous storage space specifically designed for an impressive shoe collection.
Back downstairs the couple were once again stunned, this time by the decadent kitchen and butler’s pantry. The giant kitchen island bench adds a new sense of scale to an often-overlooked space. This kitchen is one that pushes design boundaries and the impact is clear by Rose’s reaction. “I can see myself here (with) friends, family, cheese boards” she said.

The dazzle continued as the young couple made their way through the downstairs study and into the open plan area. “This is plush” Rose said. “It has a very high end feel to it” Sam added. Host Walt Collins was quick to explain “it’s one of my favourite brand-new Display Home layouts.” Rose quickly began picturing herself sitting in the living area and making this space her own.
Upstairs the couple learnt more about the flexible floor options with the Baltimore 38. Four bedrooms and a study downstairs, or five bedrooms (two being masters with an ensuite) in lieu of the study downstairs. The couple were immediately drawn to the idea of a second master bedroom, knowing they’d have family visiting regularly.
