Entering the first breakout room you’ll find tactile wallpaper with hues of blue. This room is the first of four lounging areas but can be easily transformed into a beautiful home office/study.

The ensuite has a 20mm Caeserstone® benchtop in Pure White from the premium range as well as Caroma Luna inset basins. The wall tiles are Spatial Satin White Rect 300×600 and the Artisan Provence Colour GL-Porc Rec Text 200×200 – both were sourced from Beaumont Tiles.

The open plan communal spaces have a strong connection between the inside and alfresco area via 2400mm high stacker doors. Perfect for the Australian climate! Inside the ceiling height is 2550mm throughout the entire house and the main wall colour is Dulux® Rottnest Island. The internal doors are coated in Dulux® White on White and the carpeted areas are Salerno Palme courtesy of Carpet Call. The main flooring throughout the home are large format Sicily Stone Light Grey CL-Porc Rec 600×600 tiles from Beaumont Tiles. In the media room there’s a Timeless Grey Dulux® feature wall, while Dulux® Guild Grey and Water Worn colorways are also used as feature walls in the second and forth bedrooms.

The marble look porcelain floor tiles offer a consistent look to the 40mm Caesarstone® island benchtops from the Georgian Bluffs deluxe range in the kitchen. The kitchen island is also lined in grey panelling by Laminex Formwrap ‘Matte’ finish with ‘Country V’ profile. The Caesarstone® bench featured on the rear cooktop bench and butler’s pantry is 20mm and is also from the Georgian Bluffs deluxe range. The cabinetry featured in the kitchen is formwrap classic square edge – Polar White Satan, another product by Laminex. The pantry shelving included in the butler’s pantry is also provided by Laminex and is featured in the Whitewashed Oak natural colourway. The splashback featured in both the kitchen and butler’s pantry is provided by Beaumont Tiles and is the Timeless Calacatta GL-Porc 6mm Rect 797×797.

Opposite the dining room you’ll find a fourth, smaller living area that could be easily converted to a kid’s zone. This wing of the house features three minor bedrooms with built in wardrobes, as well as a family size bathroom that is consistent with the materials listed from the master ensuite.
