  Sign your preliminary agreement, which includes your tender letter and the preliminary reports done on your land (soil test, contour and site inspection).

  Review and sign your HIA contract and final plans (plus pay the remainder of your 5% deposit).

  Attend your tiles, electrical and colour selection appointments to personalise your home

  Sit tight while we prepare your paperwork, submit the necessary applications, place orders for your building materials and lock in a date for construction to start (site start date).

  Attend a briefing meeting with your Supervisor to discuss building your home

  Receive regular progress updates from you Supervisor as we build your new home

  Attend a meeting with your Supervisor to conduct a inspection of your new home
