Lock in your revised quote by paying an initial deposit
Sign your preliminary agreement, which includes your tender letter and the preliminary reports done on your land (soil test, contour and site inspection).
Review and sign your HIA contract and final plans (plus pay the remainder of your 5% deposit).
Attend your tiles, electrical and colour selection appointments to personalise your home
Sit tight while we prepare your paperwork, submit the necessary applications, place orders for your building materials and lock in a date for construction to start (site start date).
