Our Service and Warranty Program is broken down into two key sections:
Service Period: Whereby we will address any of the minor items which may occur as a result of your new home settling. Usually these issues are as simple as minor cracking to your cornices, or adjustment to doors. The Service and Warranty team will continue to liaise with you on a regular basis until you are satisfied with the repairs and are ready to enter the ‘Warranty’ phase.
Warranty Period: Your home is covered against structural damage by our warranty for extended peace of mind.
Furthermore, Coral Homes partners with all the leading building suppliers like Reece, Laminex, Carpet Call, Beaumont and National Tiles, Bristile, Caesarstone®, and Technika to name a few. Working with these well-known brands means we incorporate the highest quality inclusions in your new home and each of which comes with its own manufacturer’s warranty.
