How do I refer someone?

Referring a friend is simple! Just follow our two-step process below to receive a $500* referral Bonus. Please note, only one Cash Referral Bonus will be paid per house contract signed. In the event that there are two or more people referring the same customer, Coral Homes will contact the customer to seek his/her preference of who the bonus will be paid to.

Tell your friends about Coral Homes. Simply add their details to our ‘Refer a Friend’ form and you will receive a notification of your referral.

The $500* bonus is paid upon commencement of the referred client’s home or when both parties reach job start. To claim the cash bonus, complete our ‘Cash Referral Bonus’ form (which will be emailed to you when you complete step1) and return to your New Home Consultant prior to the payment of their deposit.

If you refer a new customer to Coral Homes, we will provide you with a $500 Cash Referral Bonus to say thank you, ensuring the eligibility criteria below is satisfied.

You must be an existing Coral Homes customer, that is, you have entered into an agreement with Coral Homes and can provide your current job number.
The person you are referring (the new Coral Homes Customer) must not have entered into an agreement with Coral Homes.
You cannot be an employee or an immediate family member of an employee and neither can the new Coral Homes Customer; you cannot refer yourself.
Only one $500 Cash Referral Bonus will be issued for each new construction contract.
The $500 Cash Referral Bonus will be paid into the bank account you nominate when both parties reach site start.
Coral Homes reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time including the amount, form of reward or termination of the promotion at its sole discretion.

Disclaimer: Step one is not required to apply for the Cash referral Bonus. Only one Cash Referral Bonus is applicable per house contract. In the event of two or more referrals per contract, Coral Homes will contact the prospective client to seek his/her preference. If the referrer is an individual, then a “Statement by a Supplier (reason not quoting ABN)” – must be signed and forwarded with this form to a New Home Sales Consultant. If the referrer is a selling agent then the agent is to attach a Tax Invoice with ABN and the applicable GST (as required). Referral paperwork is to be completed in full and received in Head Office PRIOR to a Tender Letter or Building Contract being ordered. Cash Referral Bonuses are payable when both parties (referrer & prospective client) reach job start. Should either parties homes not proceed, then the Cash Referral Bonus in no longer payable. The Cash Referral Bonus will be processed via an online bank transaction.
