*The ‘Price Lock until 2024’ offer applies to Preliminary Agreements prepared by Coral Homes based on the 1st of November 2023 pricelist or later and is available for all home designs, specification levels, to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast price list regions only (as specified by Coral Homes) and continues until 11:59pm November 27th, 2023, unless otherwise stated, at such time as the Promotion is terminated, cancelled, or suspended by Coral Homes in its absolute discretion. (Promotion Period). Single Storey for only $3,999 refers to the price to pay for price lock for Narrow lot, Traditional and Acreage home designs (region specific). Double Storey for only $0 refers to the price to pay for price lock for Double Storey home designs (region specific).

The ‘Price Lock until 2024’ offer is strictly limited to anyone who has paid an initial deposit on or after the 1st of November 2023 price list. Anticipated Site Start date (QLD) of the contract will be 28th of October 2024, plus an additional 28 calendar days as per the HIA Building contract: Totalling a price lock to 25th of November 2024.

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, Coral Homes reserves the right to vary, terminate or suspend the operation of the Promotion in its absolute discretion at any time before you enter into an agreement for Coral Homes’ and without notice.
