Benefits of building with Coral as a first home buyer

It’s good news for first home buyers wanting to enter the dream of homeownership with Coral Homes. To take advantage of the recent extension of federal government incentives means you might be eligible to secure your dream home with a low 5% deposit.

Coral Homes wants to see first home buyers move into their dream homes sooner – which is why we offer unbeatable pricing on over 150 home designs, outstanding promotions and offers and an easy step-by-step process to make building the home of your dreams, a reality.

We’ve taken a deep dive into these government incentives and how Coral Homes can assist you, to build new.

1. Building can be affordable with a ‘First Home Owner Grant’

As a first home buyer, you may be able to secure your Coral Homes’ dream build a little sooner. The extended First Home Loan Deposit Scheme allows first-home buyers to apply for a loan with a minimum deposit of 5%. Queensland buyers are limited to first homes up to $600,000 in cities and $450,000 in regional areas. Home buyers in New South Wales are looking at a slightly higher cap of $800,000 in major cities and $600,000 for other areas of the state.
