At Coral Homes, there’s no question we love the Hamptons aesthetic.
In fact, we’ve been working with our trusted partner, James Hardie, for over 17 years, delivering beautiful and quality Hamptons-inspired homes to our customers. With its gable roofline, neutral colour scheme and seaside vibe, what’s not to love?
We recently announced the Ultimate Winner of our popular James Hardie Hamptons competition – congratulations to @coastalhamptonshouse! Kim and Desmond, you are very deserving of your $10,000 prize.
Continuing to work in collaboration with James Hardie, we’re excited about our latest design direction – Modern – as seen in our Sacramento 36 open home at Carina in Brisbane.
This 3-D, aesthetic featuring a flat-roof, clean lines and moody tones is a fresh look, and like the Hamptons design, is garnering a lot of admiration.
The façade of the Sacramento 36 is a combination of Hardie™ Fine Texture Cladding which has a matte, rendered appearance and Axon™ Cladding which is reminiscent of vertical joint timber.
These contrasting products were chosen to create drama and textural interest.
We’ve put the Modern and Hamptons designs head-to-head and highlight their key design features below. Which style do you prefer?
