Showcased on a 414m2 block at Foreshore Coomera, the Monash 32 MKII delivers 304.85m2 of living space across four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, four living spaces and an outdoor area.

The key feature of the design is providing customers with four living areas, comprising a formal lounge, family room, media room and an activity room on the upper level, in addition to two IT hubs and an outdoor alfresco space.

In the heart of the home is the open plan living spaces, encompassing the kitchen, the family room and the dining room, which all have a great free flowing space and natural light. These key functional living areas are connected to the outdoor room through two 2400mm high corner stacker doors, that open completely to provide effortless indoor-outdoor integration. Adjacent to the family room is the media room which has its own direct access to the outdoor living area via a 2400mm high stacker door.

The outdoor room is covered for alfresco dining and adjacent to this is a pergola covered seating area for relaxing. Beyond the seating area is a raised deck with built-in seating and a firepit.

Exterior

The Monash 32 MKII at Foreshore Coomera features a classic Hamptons façade that works perfectly with Coomera’s coastal and canal location. The façade colour scheme is influenced by the traditional Hamptons style and blends in effortlessly with the landscape.

The Hamptons inspired façade is on-trend, yet timeless in design and is achieved through a harmonious combination of materials and colour including:

• Masonry render brick from PGH, painted in Dulux® White on White and Dulux® Winter Frog

• Horizontal 180mm Linea weather board from James Hardie, painted in Dulux® Dieskau

• Feature stone on portico pillars using Country Ledge Stone in White Oak from PGH

• Gable roof line with vent painted in Dulux® White on White, is a modern Australian interpretation of the traditional Hamptons homes

• Hume’s oversized 2340mm x 1200mm timber and clear glass feature door, stained with Dulux® Charcoal to contrast with the rest of the facades colour palette.

Working in harmony with the exterior, the interior is also a modern interpretation of the Hamptons style.

The Hamptons kitchen comes together beautifully with Caesarstone® benchtops in Georgian Bluffs, which has a subtle grey vein running through it. The benchtops are paired with traditional shaker style cabinetry – Laminex Formwrap with settler profile in white and a subtle glass splashback. The kitchen island features VJ panelling, painted in Dulux® Tristan to complete the Hamptons look. The statement piece in the kitchen is the feature lighting – three oversized pendant lights in chrome hanging over the island bench from Beacon Lighting.

Feature walls using panelling (HardieGroove™ lining) can also be found upon entry, in the IT hub and the activity room and these are painted in various Dulux® colours to create greater interest. The main walls are painted in Dulux® Rottnest Island, with Dulux® White on White for the New York profile cornices, skirting and architraves. The Hamptons style timber staircase is also painted in Dulux® White on White and the combination of the Charcoal stain on the stair tread and rail helps draw your eye to this feature as soon as you walk into the open plan living zone.

The main bathroom, ensuite and powder room continue the consistent Hamptons theme as the kitchen with the same Caesarstone® benchtops in Georgian Bluffs. And the vanities in the main bathroom and ensuite are also Laminex Formwrap with settler profile in white.

The floor and walls in these wet areas feature 600 x 600mm square porcelain rectified tiles from the Super White Polished series. The powder room vanity splashback boasts a stunning 100 x 100mm porcelain rectified tile in Mallorca White, which perfectly suits the Hamptons interior theme. The shower wall in the master bedroom’s ensuite is an absolute standout with 600 x 600mm square porcelain Jewels Calacatta Reale Lucida tile. The marble-effect of this type of tile embellishes the space with the sort of charm that only a highly prized material is able to produce.

Outside of tiles in the wet areas, the main flooring used in the Monash 32 MKII is timber laminate in Oak Grey Rustic, whilst the bedrooms feature Langhorne carpet in the colour Chapel.

For the styling of the Monash 32 MKII, natural materials, layering and textures form a huge part of the soft furnishing and accessory choices to deliver the Hamptons theme. This meant a subdued colour palette and use of natural materials like wood, linens and marble and beach themed artwork and décor to complete the look.
