Spring clean
Pack away your winter warmers, like your flannelette sheets, heavy throws and rich coloured soft furnishings. Then get to work on a deep clean. With doors being closed off regularly during Winter, your home will have collected a surprising amount of dust. Once you have your clean, bare canvas, it’s time to start reintroducing styling elements that reference the seasonal transition from Winter to Spring.
Brighten up your colour scheme
Move away from warm, deep tones that are designed to make you feel cosy and work through some cooling pastel or earthy colours. If you are worried about introducing too much colour, opt for neutrals or whites – a classic Spring palette.
