Coral Homes reserves the right to vary, terminate, alter, or withdraw their standard range of plans at their absolute discretion and without notice. The National Construction Code (NCC) is due to introduce updates to the ‘Energy Efficiency’ and ‘Accessible Housing’ requirements for release in 2023. Any projects lodged to Council after the date of the new National Construction Code (NCC) coming into effect, must be compliant with the National Construction Code (NCC 2022) requirements. All costs to comply with National Construction Code (NCC 2022) requirements will be at the cost of the owner.
