Coral Homes has been awarded Queensland’s No. 1 Major Builder for the second year running
Each year the Housing Industry Association (HIA) recognises the industry’s leading builders for their excellence the field. Having previously received Queensland’s most prestigious award in 2020, Coral Homes is delighted to have received Queensland’s most prestigious industry award for the second year running – Professional Major Builder of 2021!
The criteria for the HIA Professional Major Builder award relates to common areas that can be found across businesses in all industries, including:

- Customer service & satisfaction
- Managing the business
- Financial management & ethical conduct
Coral Homes CEO Steve Foley was surprised and humbled to accept the prestigious gong at the 49th Annual HIA-CSR Housing Awards at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Friday November 5, 2021.
“What a fantastic effort for Coral Homes to win back-to-back awards and be recognised by the HIA in this way,” Steve says. “It is a credit to our entire team to be named the HIA 2021 Professional Major Builder in the Queensland Region.”
