Both are double storey homes, that offer you and your family plenty of space , modern features, multiple floorplan sizes to choose from and the added flexibility of standard options.
Best of all, these well-designed and pre-thought out plans allow you to choose to have the master bedroom at the front of the home, or switch it to the back of the home for a more private parents’ retreat.

With four bedrooms, large open-plan living spaces and more storage than ever before, the Rochester series takes easy living to the next level. This innovate design is available in five versatile configurations, and offers standard inclusions such as flipping the garage and relocating the master suite.
The Baltimore
The other series we’re excited to introduce you to is the Baltimore, a clever and versatile range of family homes. With an open plan living, kitchen and dining space, the floorplans in the Baltimore provide a seamless living experience to all family members. Opt for the larger Baltimore 29 or 32, and you can decide how you’d like to optimise the additional space.
