The HIA-Colorbond® Steel Housing 100 Report has just been released

The Housing Industry Association (HIA) recently released their annual HIA-Colorbond Steel Housing 100 report for 2019/20, which ranks the largest home builders and Residential Developers Australia wide.
2020 also marks our 30th year of building quality homes for families and we couldn’t be prouder of both where we’ve come from and where we’re headed in the future. Being around for 30 years means we are a reputable business that has stood the test of time – through both up and downturns. This gives our customers a sense of confidence and security knowing that they are building their new home with a trusted brand and established business.

Despite a tumultuous year with the pandemic, the 28th annual HIA–Colorbond® steel Housing 100 Report 2019/20 survey demonstrates that more and more people are choosing to build their homes. The number of new home starts by the nation’s largest 100 builders actually increased from 67,694 to 69,459.
