1. Instant estimate
This great new feature allows you to choose your floorplan, your inclusion level, add any of the great offers you’d like to take advantage of; and select your façade. We then create a personalised brochure (instantaneously) for you with all your selections and include an estimated price. It is an easy way to see whether your selections fit into your budget!

2. Home Design Matching Service
There are literally hundreds of floorplans to choose from when searching for the perfect home for you and your family. To help you out, we are now offering a home design matching service!
All you need to do is fill out the form with some key information and our New Home Consultants will send you a narrowed down list of three home designs which match your needs and budget. It’s that simple – say goodbye to hours of researching online to find the right home for you.

3. Compare Function for Home Designs
To help narrow down your search, we now offer a handy compare function so you can shortlist your favourite home designs and easily compare their features.
All you need to do is click the ‘save for comparison’ heart icon for the floorplan sizes you wish to compare. Then at the top of the website, click the heart icon again which brings up the comparison page with all your shortlisted floorplans next to each other, in an easy-to-compare layout.

4. Easy-to-watch Videos on the Build Journey
Building a new home is a journey and the process for those who have never built before can seem daunting. In addition to providing a downloadable PDF document with a detailed version of the build process on our new website, we have also developed an easily digestible video series for each of the key stages. They even include some great tips and tricks so you can be prepared ahead of time.

5. Find Your Nearest Display Home
Simply plug your postcode or suburb into the search bar to locate display homes closest to you.
Alternatively, you can use the new interactive map function to zero-in on specific display locations and then click on the house icon to discover more information about that display. Very handy!

6. In-language Content for our Indian and
Chinese customers
With a number of our customers having multicultural backgrounds, we’ve developed some in-language information specific to those who speak Hindi or Mandarin. To assist these customers, we developed information that is relevant to them and answers some of their FAQ’s. This in-language feature also assists our New Home Consultants who speak these languages.

7. FAQ’s for First Time Builders
