To be eligible for the HomeBuilder grant, you must enter a Coral Homes’ contract between 4 June and 31 December 2020. If you’re located in regional Queensland you’ll also qualify for the extra $5k boost towards your home build. Plus, if you’re a first homeowner and pair this with the first homeowners grant, you can get a total of $45k off your home build!
