​Coral Homes’ after-sales maintenance program commences from the date of practical completion of your home and continues until well after you move in, to ensure you settle into your home comfortably.

Your new home has been constructed to the highest standards, however it is hand-made, and like any hand-made product your home is subject to minor imperfections which can become noticeable due to settlement of the building and the natural movement of the ground under your home after construction is complete. Such issues are normally very minor such as a crack in your cornicing. Rest assured this is completely normal and can be easily rectified.

Because of this, our commitment to you doesn’t end with the handover of your home. In fact, this marks the start of the final phase of our relationship whereby Coral Homes will provide a comprehensive after sales maintenance program to address any of the items you notice after you move into your new home.

Landscaping and maintenance of your foundations

Just like other products in your home, your foundations require maintenance to maximise their performance ensure the structural integrity of your investment over time. Here is all the information you need in relation to your foundations, landscaping, site drainage and surface water grates.


Termite management

Your home has been constructed with an exposed slab edge around its perimeter as a termite protection zone. This is a tried and tested termite prevention method, and is designed to force termites out of the ground so they have to build a mud trail over a physical barrier before they enter your home. As a result, you will clearly be able to see if termites are trying to enter your home and you can take action accordingly.
