A great way to start is to take a walk around your current home and detail what is present and what you wish you had. For example, do you have an exhaust fan and a shower niche in your bathroom or are these items that you wish you had?
The second step is to explore what is included in your inclusions with us at Coral Homes. We have two great levels of inclusions to choose from: Designer Standard Inclusions or Elegance Luxury Inclusions.
At Coral Homes we are very proud to offer a high level of standard inclusions. Our promise to our customers is to always provide value for money, so we put more into our standard inclusions (Designer), so you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on upgrades later.
Furthermore, we encourage you to walk through our displays with one of our friendly New Home Consultants and an inclusion guide, so that they can demonstrate what is and what is not included to you before you even pay a deposit. Yes, we are that confident in the value for money we provide!
Our standard (Designer) or luxury (Elegance) inclusion levels can also be supplemented by our current offers to save you even more money.
